My house is full of ladybirds and they will eat me in my sleep, please send help

Okay so it's been a month and I discovered it wasn't ladybirds, it was Asian Lady Beetles which look really similar to ladybirds and actually do bite people. I must apologise to all of ladybird-kind for defamation :(
