Changelings shift constantly in their true form, Like a shadow in candle light.

I just want some creepy magical critters, and Changelings in DnD are too pretty so I had to make them blobby and pointy, and never the same, always changing, shifting, bones cracking, muscles snapping, joints grinding....... that shadow in the corner of your eye... gasp.

But she really just wants a 12am snack and was too lazy/tired to shift into a human. She's just hoping you don't notice....
