Not enough artists draw lizards/dragons/dinosaurs from this perspective - yet this is how they look at you. Most awesome.

Only perspective that is harder is this with a slight downward angle.

I'd like to see a T-Rex protagonist in a game.

Lost World on PS1

I'm pretty sure he's still an antagonist in that game, you just get to play as him. Also, the game is crap from what I've seen which makes it seemingly impossible to get to him.

Everyone just used the cheat code to get to the rex and raptor levels. Yeah, its not a great game. As for him being a baddy, that depends, the humans you are eating are the evil ones iirc, but it's been years since I played.

I'm not sure if there is a T-rex in Dinosaurs for Hire. There is a Jurassic Park fighting game where you can play as a Trex, and you can in Primal Rage, all these games are pretty bad though.

Your best bet for a playable Trex is fossil league on DS. It's basicly a pokemon knock off, with dinosaurs that breath fire and stuff like that. If you replay a level you get to capture the levels boss which are the super powerful. I'm pretty sure you can get a Trex in that. I used my starting guy for most of the game though. There is another game called (iirc) battle of giants Dragon/Dinosaur that might have a Trex in.

I heard about that Battle of Giants game, it's for the 3DS and comes out later.
But I mean a game where the T-Rex is the good guy, not just happens to be on your side and really has no opinion one way or the other except to get rid of whatever is in his/her way.

Maybe the battle of giants game will fix that when it comes out.

I doubt you would find such a game with a Trex that wasn't anthro. Like it or not, a Trex is/would be just an animal incapable of morality. You can't really have a T-rex and have it be a good guy and not have it anthro. You cant really go on a man eating/city destroying rampage for justice without awarness of the situation.

But animals can be aware of the situation without being anthro. Even the tiniest bird brain can remember bad experiences with humans and act accordingly. I think it's reasonable for a T-Rex to hunt down the kidnappers of it's child. (assuming they were that caring)

I thought about making a sidescroller action game once.. you'd play a T-Rex rampaging through a city.
But I have so many other awesome things to do. (^vxxv^)
