Would a PipBoy 3000a with a Metallica wrap run afoul of rule 1 or is it minor enough to squeak by? My vixen tends to prefer wearing her own fur instead of clothing so that'd be the only thing worn. very much a carefree type, prefers boinkin' to bonkin', but she's also Courier Six and that pipboy is canonically sealed onto her left forearm. If I were to commission art of her it'd have to be there.

Ye its just a forearm mounted personal computer. Doesnt extend beyond the wrist nor does it even come close to the elbow. I have a refsheet of Jenny somewhere in my favorites though it is many years old.and could use a refresh.
