Sunday morning I spent about an hour and a half in the same ballroom where I was presented high honors by a general fifteen years earlier. It was the annual gun/knife show here. Spent maybe $70 on supplies, much of which will go to friends. Aside from the bullets in the red box, the oil is also mine. The cast bullets in the bag were made locally by people that I know. The M2 Tracer is spoken for, as is the 1911 magazine. The yellow box, .25 ACP ammo, has seven shells missing and a Kmart price tag--ancient! Original price of $9.79! Same ammo is over $30/box now.

Insanely high ammo prices have been keeping me away from the range for quite some time. I have more than enough for home protection though and am not going to waste it on paper targets. After all, firing a gun is kind of like riding a bike; you never forget how to look down the sights and hit the intended target. That came out weird. LOL
