Yeah.
The old man was driving the truck, his heart was faulty and started giving out while driving, Jules inadvertently saved many peoples lives by taking the brunt of the impact that killed him as there was likely far more traffic the old man could have crashed into with such a big vehicle, and Jules was an organ donor and by a roll of the dice his heart ended up transplanted into the same man that accidentally killed him which saved the old man for a second time.
Dutch is showing us that the situation wasn't black and white, that it was far more complex then just the death of a major character out of the blue all that time ago. Also that Misty got some needed relief knowing that her husbands death wasn't for nothing so perhaps she could move on in life.

Ok, that explains a lot. Thank you very much ^_^
However... considering it's only been a month, I feel like Misty still has the right to feel upset or even angry about it. I mean, yes, it is comforting to learn that the death of a beloved one was not in vain, and that several other lives were saved. But still... I wouldn't blame Misty if she got a bit angry and said something like: "Well, if you had been diagnosed with a heart defect, maybe you shouldn't have been driving a truck in the first place!"
But I guess it's not like Misty to blame an accident on an old man
