Before I explain why I dislike Shadow (and say Infinite is a lot better), This is JUST an opinion. A lot of people have it. I like Sonic Forces than Mario Odyssey is a good example (I just find Mario Odyssey an okay game). So with that out of the way, let me explain why I don't like Shadow the hedgehog
I'm just not a fan of him. I feel like he's been loved too much and I don't see why. Superman and Foxy from Fnaf has the same issue. "What's the big deal? I really don't get it" <_>
If you ask me who's better, I would say Infinite is better than Shadow (note I'm talking about Infinite with the phantom ruby). He can create things out of nowhere, mess with your mind, and I know Shadow made him what he is, but did he seriously have to go rough on him? Seriously he was sorta of a bully after beating him, and not that type of bully. The asshole bully that just beats you up and name calls you non stop >_<
I know Infinite was working for Eggman, but was capturing and locking up the jackal not good enough? (I might draw something similar to this)
And by the way fun fact: Shadow was meant to be a one time character. After Sonic Adventure 2, Shadow was meant to be dead and this is proven during the Team for Sonic Heroes. Here's the list fully and try finding the "Edge Lord"
Sonic, Tails, Knuckles
Amy, Cream, Rouge
Chaos, E102, Big
Espio, Charmy, Vector
Fang, Bean, Bark (Yes Fang was meant to come back before Sonic SuperStars)
Metal Sonic, Ray, Mighty
Yeah Shadow was never meant to come back, but due to the fans. He came back <_>
I will respect the Shadow fans, but remember. Nothing will change my mind about him, feet or not
Oh and the reason why I made this, I was playing Sonic 06 and while playing as Shadow in the future levels (by the way. they're worst than the whole game), He was the worst with his homing attack. And the purple versions of the lava monsters makes it worst and had to take a break. For a hedgehog that calls himself the "Ultimate Lifeform", he sure does suck with his abilities >w<;
At least his jeeps were fun to shoot and run over the enemies X3
