Charity auction comission, drawn by Zen (Without Helmet)
So yeah, there was a bit of fierce bidding on this at 
furnalequinox but this is the first of two pieces and a badge done by 
Zen for his part in graciously offering up a staggered bid commission for charity. If I recall it was 1 piece up to $40 or so, I think piece + badge at like 60 and 2 pieces + badge at $100+
Well.. yeah, ok so it hit the 100+ mark and then some.
You can tell there's a define heavy anime influence here (Thin waist etc) but I'm quite happy with this piece. There's also some influence from Mass Effect and possibly a bit from Gears of war going by the symbol on the shoulder. That said, I actually prefer the version that has the full helmet, but he's done a nice job on the alternate version as well which is why I've posted it.

Yeah, almost hit my limit. But you only turn 30 once and I thought to myself, fuck it. When am I ever gonna get another chance like this? And I've a habit of trying to get artists to draw their version of sci-fi armour, even if their not used to it.

I DID know your character! I came up to you at one point while you were in suit and was like, "Man, I really know that name from somewhere..." you're the armour-wearing panther! :) Im happy to say I was present for this live auction! Zen did an amazing job (that was fast, too!) You really deserved it for helping the poor little kitties x)
