so this .EXE has been in my gallery since 2022 and i wanted to remake it.
Ive added more lore, as well as more angst to the character.
I might polish it up a bit here and there but this is the main idea:

so this is going to take place right at the end of season 9. When Grogar's bell has been retrieved and Discord gets his magic back.

He tries to test out his magic by doing a couple of simple things, and it goes well. Changing an apple tree to an orange tree making clouds turn to cotton candy, etc.
Then he tries to do a big mane swap trick on the mane 6, by trying to swap all of their manes at random.
But discord doesnt realise that his magic has been tainted with whatever other magic was kept in that bell, such as normal unicorn magic, some of chrysalis's magic was in there and even tirek.

And the corrupted magic flowed from him, and into the mane 6, causing them all to begin melting as their bodies became overwhelmed.
Twilight was forced to grow at a rapid pace, to a fully grown alicorn like Celestia, as the others were drawn to her by force, all of them melting together.

Their cutiemarks then merged and that is now everyones collective cutiemark.
Therefore making Disharmony.

Discord can still use his magic like normal, but now refuses to use it on living creatures and he lives in hiding in his pocket dimension since no one can get there except for him.
That was until Twilight managed to channel some of the chaos magic from discord's tainted magic that flowed into them, and is now able to cast a portal spell that takes them to Discord's home.

Where they dont say anything but just stare, and if they talk, only twilight's voice can be heard but everyone's mouth moves in sync
They can also separate themselves at will like in the image, or they can merge into one big being, where it's twilight's body, but it has different markings that show where about the mane 6 all are within the monstrosity.

Rarity can also use magic still, but she doesnt use it for the reasons that Twilight uses it. She uses her magic to maintain her business hire staff from a distance to keep her memory alive, while her and the others are forced to live together as one big lump.

And it only gets sadder from there:
the mane 6 are still their respective species. Unicorns, Pegasi and earth ponies.
And they can still age.
But when the pony passes of old age, they dont disconnect from the group, instead they are absorbed into twilight, and made as a permanent fur marking on her body.
And soon, Twilight will be covered in markings that represent her friends once they pass, and twilight can live a "normal" life, as an alicorn when they all pass.

But she'll have a constant reminder of what she was, what she became, and what she went through...
She still has access to chaos magic, as well as her normal magic when this happens, and she will still visit Discord.
When fluttershy passes she will tell him the news and show him the marking, the tiny spec of fluttershy that remains.

But, she wont be crowned the ruler of Canterlot, instead she will be left to her own devices.
Celestia refuses to write, and Luna tries to visit but Celestia wont allow it.

Cadance will sneak in a visit or 2, along with Shining Armor and Flurry heart.
Even thought Flurry Heart is a bit scared of Twilight now given everything that's happened, she still tries to keep her spirits high, as Twilight has never gone out of her way to hurt anyone.
None of this was intended to happen, it was just a huge accident but it cannot be reversed. Discord tried to reverse the curse when it began, but his magic only caused it to speed up, and the other princesses couldnt do anything as their magic only bounced off.

The mane 6 (except for twilight bc she's an alicorn) do outlive a lot of the current residents of the town because they were now combined with twilight, being able to live an extra 100 years.
but that also means, that RD, AJ and rarity outlived their siblings.
Applebloom, Sweetiebelles and Scootaloo.

and because the group are rather stretchy, they were able to seperate off, kind of, and go to their funerals.
Twilight would stand with the rest of the group at a far distance, and the pony would walk away slowly, their strands stretching out toward the funeral so they could still attend
but they will never truely disconnect.

so lets say for example, AJ was attending Granny's funeral. Twilight would stand as far from the funeral as possible, so AJ could have some time alone with Applebloom and Big Macintosh.
But her family cant touch her, because they will become absorbed into the group if they do.
So to remedy this, AJ has Applebloom' s bow, and AB has AJs hat, so they can stay connected in a different way
