This one's very nice. Digging the color scheme!

I've gotten those bars/criss-crosses on accident before. I really want to mess around with them, but I can't isolate how to get them. Wtf is it?

Dig em out and study em, lol.
I do what I do by studying the randomly-generated ones. Obviously you don't use em, but that doesn't mean you can't learn from them. Same goes for accidents. You make something great by accident, you make sure to save it and study it
