Strong and big tail, aquatic cheek fins, webbed hands, glowing body parts - that's what resembles a breed of kobolds that live near the sea!
Another design I came up with.
Same rules as before - the auction winner gets to come up with name, story and whatever else they want, I only provide a design which should not be edited.
