i do too... there's green in 2 other places (footpaws and tailtip) but they're not shown obviously... and he dyes his hair... it's naturally the same colour as his main fur colour... i just decided on green for this pic... the paw, footpaw, tattoo, and tailtip greens are his natural occurring colours though...
yeah. i'm in a bit of a writing slump right now, but i have what i've written posted up here if you wanna take a look.
the main story i'm working on i havn't posted though... it's a were-centered story. though my most recent posting follows a background character in that story. though it spoils something that's mentioned early in the main one. not a big point, and really only if you remember his name. (it's only mentioned twice at the end)

well if you're looking for what i have the potential to do i'd suggest 2 of my submissions.
one is an old work i did for History Class in high school. we had to write a first-hand account of a situation and i really nailed it with what i wrote. i posted it here and it never got much view, it's well written but it's not really something i got creative with. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1747067/
the other one was a writing exercise i attempted where you were given an incredibly vague topic and tasked to write a short story around it. the topic was "the room" and i immediately got a great idea for it and wrote a piece i'm pretty proud of. it could be better, especially with the storyline in the hands of a better author. but i like what i did with it. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6135421/
unfortunately my work tends to hit a boundary where i don't know how to rate it on FA's scale. they're generally not adult unless they contain sex (i keep sex stories and non-sex completely separate) but i feel forced to mark Mature because of the themeology (it's a word now) in them. James' story has to do with torture and his pure sadistic-ness. and the Were story i have in progress will detail every action (including the combat) in as much detail as possible. and given the nature of Weres, that'll be very brutal and bloody. not quite tame enough for how i view the General rating. and i think that really diminishes the number of people who can read it
