After some time trying to figure out how to design my head at an angle, I figured it out! I also thought I should try adding (sawed-off) horns to help with the head shape.
...Though I feel that the horns are unnecessary, as my big ears are made to vaguely resemble horns.
There's a chance I may remove the horns for that reason, but at least I've gotten the draconic/serpentine face right.
