Pretty good work. The cellish like shading looks pretty good, but some the anatomy bothers me ( no, not the vore part lol ), but mostly the arms and hands. The right upper arm looks thicker/bigger than the left, and it seems like the arm he's resting on is in an unnatural pose.
Everything else looks pretty good thought ^^. good job
