Mishka makes categorically bad choices, like thinking it was a good idea to let a hag take out his eye, or calling the crazy Bhaalspawn an incest baby, or shacking up with a vampire, letting him drink his blood habitually, helping that vampire complete a diabloic ritual and then agreeing to become his spawn. In fairness to that last one, it must have taken a long time to carve the ritual scars - just what the hell were Shadowheart and Karlach doing all that time?
