Realizer was prevented from Civilian Investigations for a while due to her over abundance of skill and extreme aggression. While she did work on it and is very good about not killing suspects. She does end up sometimes causing collateral damage. In this case she's casting out a few Leinic Thrones, the little glowing armilaries, with the intent of heating the nearby pipes and metal to bend it into shape and prevent some criminals from fleeing. Each Throne will have a dedicated purpose, two will exchange the third will allow her to bend and move the pipes. At any rate, she is about to create an immense amount of paper, and administrative, work for her boss, Tac.
