The Captain of the Martial Inhibitor's Harat Prime Precinct Tac is a tall lanky man that always seems to carry some kind of odd-time rhythm as he walks or waits. The sound of his claws on the hard floors is where his epithet comes from. He is Alena's husband and fiercely protective of his underlings and friends, both are one in the same. He's a master of a fluid kickboxing martial art and can seamlessly weave in Leinic machines that spin water around him at the same time. These machines also drain thermal energy from one side of the water ring to the other creating hyper hot steam and extremely cold water. He is a dazzlingly competent fighter.
