Sonar here has the ability to emit sound not audible to most and use it to find prey, but he also can use his sound powers to make sweet, disorienting noises that put people in a trance, making them easy meals for Sonar and his insatiable appetite. Somehow his battery never seems to be full (though if one could actually check it after one of his regular feasts, they would likely see the batter percentage at over 10000%, so yes, he eats a LOT~)
