My best friend, DergonTails, absolutely loves Made in Abyss, both the manga and the anime, and frankly I can't blame him.
Despite some unnecessary gags, visuals, and *AHEM* the writer/illustrator's questionable interests, Made in Abyss truly is a fantastic series so far, at least from what I've seen (I've only watched the anime's first season and Dawn of the Deep Soul. I have yet to finish Season Two).
So while discussing the franchise one day, this image popped into my head: my friend's dragon persona excavating some 5th Layer sun sphere relics.
The image wouldn't leave my head, I was in the drawing mood, so now here it is. His attire is based on what what he's wearing in the Made in Abyss video game, Binary Star Falling Into Darkness (what a title).
