There’s nothing more beautiful than to be able to be yourself.
There is always going to be times where people try to get you to be who you don’t want to be and I personally know the struggle when trying to fit in with others and afraid they won’t appreciate the real me.
Lots of times I had people pleased to fit in and do what they wanted to do, but I came to realize that it’s only hurting myself in the long run because I wasn’t really happy by pleasing others. It was basically saying I didn’t respect myself.
You should always stay true to yourself, you deserve to feel free and happy being your authentic self. Do the things that make you happy, you don’t always have to do what others want. You can always try to voice your opinion on what you want to do!
This is definitely something that I feel in all areas of my life, with myself, friends and family, work etc. You only get the chance in this life to do what you want once, life is meant to be cherished and enjoyed and for you to feel happy, go out there and be true to you! You deserve it!
