Since Hyperia could easily conceal her presence, she often doesn't see the need to wear clothing. But sometimes being a haughty and elegant dragoness means occasionally some semblance of modesty is called for. I do say "some semblance", as Hyperia still loves clothes that show off her grandeur. Possibly even buffer than she usually carries herself, her clothes are squeezed out by the pressure of her girth and assets. But hey, she's yet to find someone who will complain about that!
