It wasn't rare for Bruce to just go along with things, roll with the punches and see where that takes him. The fact that he was currently holding one of the 'Gods' in his hand though was on another level entirely - this wasn't something he could immediately process, let alone downplay or crack a joke about. His eyes furrowed in a scowl as he thought about what this meant to him, what this meant for everyone.
And yet the little god just prattled on, seemingly anxious to speak up now that he was no longer stuffed into the folds of Bruce's kilt. And as much as the squirrel tried to listen, every little world flew into one ear and out the other as he was far more preoccupied with the fact that he seemed to understand godly speech.

There is a story behind this. About a horny human experimenting with a prototype shrink ray he's building, only to be interrupted by a sudden arrival of a Squirrel in a fuckin' kilt... But I don't think that is ever going to be refined into a story, as opposed to a collection of disconnected, messy, horny notes.
