Lore: The pain stalker is apart of the wendigo family that branched off early on for cave life causing there pale skin that is sensitive to light. Dispite what you might think there are skittish and shy animals who are unsure what to do when confronted with animals/races that arnt commonly found within there caves. It may look like they have eyes but there just the remnant sockets but with where it lives eyesight wasnt of use to them anyway. There tail gives them there name due to its extremely painful venom and size. They may looks frightening but they are much more scared of you then you are of it yet if you befriend a pain stalker they will be your friend for life!
