...Its a very easy recipe that only requires a few ingredients, and you can use whatever dips / toppings you want to go with it!
2 thick boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch strips
1 egg
Italian flavored breadcrumbs (you can also use gluten free, or other 'breadings' like corn meal, ground sesame and pumpkin seed mix, chickpea flour, etc.)
Just coat the strips in egg, then flour, and either fry until all sides are browned (with the insides coming out white inside - and these will cook quick!) OR use your air fryer and cook for 5-6 minutes at most, then done!
Good with a toss of parmesan and lemon (plus salt and pepper to taste), but I'd also recommend maybe a jigger of tomato sauce, or sweet and sour sauce, or whatever suits your fancy!
