This is Ackbar of the Spider Punks, a group of rebel mercinary heroes that prevent aliens from taking over the world discuised as humans. Must be risky, considering as far as civilians know, the Spider punks are terrorists killing innocent people. The fact that Ackbar is, well, what he is doesn't help. Back in the 80's he was given the mission of destroying a British ship carrying evil drones of the Snake Queen duscuised as sailors and several of the queens eggs. He successfully detonated the ship with his array of super weapons. Nedless to say, both governments wanted him deader than dead for what appeared to be terrorism. The chases that ensued could themselves be turned into 80's movies, but he was able to escape to the Spider Punk hideout where he was frozen with the rest of the Punks... until now!
