Technically a gloomdog. I made a gloomdog one off based off of Decemberunderground by AFI! I had friends who were designing sparkledogs based off of bands they like. While Decemberunderground isn't my FAVORITE AFI album, it is my most nostalgic AFI album. I listened to it a lot in my teen years, especially in winter. I have vivid memories of going on walks through through the snow covered streets of my home in Wisconsin listening to this album through the headphones of my ipod nano. Or sitting in the back seat of my father's truck gazing on the fields of white in the winter dusk. The scene looked especially blue. I knew of AFI through Guitar Hero 3 and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3, but never listened to them more than Miss Murder til a few years after Decemberunderground came out. Affliction was my first true shot at AFI, and being a kid that liked songs with screaming in it, I was instantly hooked. The lyrics, especially in the bridge of the song, definitely pulled me into AFI. The album has such a strong winter aesthetic, to the point that even the music sounds ice cold. I tried to translate that sound into this design. I hope it comes across. Hope you guys like it.
