Okay, so I definitely think that I'm getting better at this. I'm just sketching by pen in a drawing pad, no computer aid, no tracing, just going completely by hand. My proportions still need work, but I'm working on it. In this scene our straitjacketed dragon accidentally gets committed to a soft padded cell. He's yelling that he's not crazy, just stuck in a straitjacket... and that he needs some fresh white socks if he's going to spend the week there. Also, I tried drawing spandex stirrup tights as an experiment with how they would work on dragon feet.
