Thought of this today while traveling through farmlands. Thought a flying racing bunny would look cool. ^^ actually came from thinking of a new form for Demonine but just turned it into it's own pokemon.

Rusholt live for combat. They often are proud and sometimes snobby. Rusholt love to dash about open plains using their electrical powers to float and glide over surfaces. They cannot fly more that ft off the ground. Rusholt love to spar and often go all out in any battle, practice or real. There best quality is speed and they always use it to their advantage. They have pads on they hands and legs that regulate thier electric power, discharging it to float or power an attack. The red lenses above their eyes can move down to cover thier eyes while they race.
