This awesome badge was a commission by the talented Gearhound 
charli3 from FC 2011. I love the attitude and attention to detail, and she even got my signature maroon Hawaiian shirt and lei - I don't even remember including that on the commission form. Impressive!
At the con I spent a very long time pondering who to commission from all the talented artists at FC, so long that most everyone in the dealer's room wasn't taking any more work for the con. charli3 was in the Artist's Alley and her bright, vivid and detailed traditional badges done pretty much entirely with her expansive set of Copic markers caught my eye... needless to say I'm very happy with my decision
And FYI she will be opening back up for commissions very soon if she hasn't already.

That's the look Kijani gives when somebody doubts his bowling skills and then he proves them wrong.
And I have to say, no other lion rocks a Hawaiian shirt and lei like you do. All you need now is a hula skirt and you're good to go.
