Padfoot has come home today, he came to work with me for a little bit and got tons of love until my mom could come pick him up that way we could make sure there was always someone to watch him. He will have another check up in a week and in two weeks he will have his stitches removed. The vet said he still has some air in his chest but his breathing is normal and good so as long as we do not see any changes or any trouble it should go away on his own. The blood and fluid has started to be absorbed back into his body. He is eating, drinking, using the bathroom normally. Vet said outside of obvious injuries he was happy and healthy (an extremely stoned) He did not need a chest tap which was even more good news. So overall outside of his physical injuries, internally he was extremely fortunate and everything has started working itself back to where it should be without surgery.

In more good news his vet bills came back not nearly as expensive as initially quoted since he did not need at the surgeries the vet thought he would, his total bills as of today are $4235.19. We are expecting another $500 to 1000 for his check up, new xrays, and stitch removal.

We are so excited to have him back home and knowing that he will make a full recovery! I want to thank everyone who has donated/bought commissions/etc so far from the bottom of my heart!!
