Three inmates wearing non-uniform uniforms take some time to relax.
Chai is wearing an escape risk uniform for prison transport used in the UK. Presumably he's tried to escape before, or is just a mega dangerous criminal. Either way, I really like how he looks in it, so probably won't be the last time we see these colours!
