I used to think writing a story was easy. And when I started my first project, the art was rather easy and fun, but I constantly felt that the story was amateur and just bad, so I gave up. Who knew writing a story was that hard?
So what should I do?
I don’t have the money to hire a writer.
Maybe someone could give me a story, and I’ll turn it into a comic.

I didn't read anything else other than the question "Should I make a comic" and the answer is YES!
Your art direction is great! And if the story is a bit lacking then no worries! At least you can draw like a champ and you can always try again ^^!
I like the comic pages you have buried deep in your gallery, you did a good job with em! Stories don't always have to be complex or difficult, especially if the art is on point ^^

I'm no writer myself, but people have commed me for comics before and I've made it work!
And if it's your first or second comic, than no biggy! If you find you like it and keep doing it, then I'm sure you'd be able to improve! Or find someone who could help you with the writing. Writers and illustrators team up all the time to collab ^^. I've found a few through my endeavors that have helped.
It depends on how deep and complex you'd like it to be I suppose, and what the overall message you're trying to send is, but you should at least try! Comics are a great way to draw attention to your art!

I don't have any suggestions for comics because I already am making those comics because I it's an update to relate from a year ago this time my comic has more lore as it's just a comic about James stealing the towns jewelery for another cat girl named Scarlet but then James took it for him self... Still the point is I don't have a suggestion but I'll tell you when I do have one
