I like belly buttons too, but anatomical accuracy is paramount (though I'm not gonna draw that chest ridge thing or spikes. Luckily they don't appear on all versions of Elite)

yeah i get ya xD do what makes you happy ^^ especially as your elite artwork is prob the best ever done and seen lol

personally i do think it is ok to have a bit of leeway when it comes to accuracy but yeah , do what makes you happiest :3

Thank you! I was very torn between drawing them with or without belly buttons, and then someone said that reptiles have belly scars or something like that and I thought that was a great compromise

lol yeah that is a fair compromise xD maybe spice it up so that the males have ones that look more like a deep innie belly button lmao xP could help differentiate the males from females in a way ^^
