Alright here is breakdown from the FurFiesta Express Artwork. i worked this whole image sequence in Medibang i made character and the BG in separated documents.
i decided actually do Character in green screen since some reason i can't get transparent image's to work in way i would like so i found solution in After effects since in that software i can basically remove green screen so i can duplicate then it and to duplicated layer i can throw bunch effects like shadows etc. and just play around different aspects and settings for making images/arts more immersive. but all layers must be saved/exported separated images like bg as it own image same as character and other layers then import them to after effects..

after all that i can save it psd and or mov and also png sequences depending if i like make mov file then mov and import that to film editing for fine tuning with sounds/music.
PSD for fine adjusting some things and png just for solid image. I think thats pretty much all of it
