very pretty n.n I like the round features of her face. And she reminds me of that character in The Incredibles with the wait hair, Mirage, I think?
When you paint like this, do you draw a sketch first and then paint over it? or just start painting and fixing stuff with the colors as you go?

I was thinking the exact same with the Mirage character.
From what I've seen of his other recent works, he tends to make a sketch and paint over it, but his technique may have been different here, though I do believe I can make out a couple lines in the background that may have been part of the sketch.
