The Lobogriff (Lobo = Spanish word for "wolf" + Griff is derived from "Griffin") is a special creature. He is part wolf and part eagle. It has the body, hind legs, tail and head of a wolf, but it has the wings, claws and beak of an eagle. He combines the strengths of a wolf and an eagle.
Using pencil and ink, I created the lobo handle inspired by the heraldic depictions of wolves, eagles and griffins. It's fun to draw again and I'll always try again.
