Original description: Left side requested by DragonBallTOMEfan and the right side was requested by Reathe123.
Decided to try something new. Two requests in one image. The left image is of Lily the kittygant, who belongs to DragonBlade2095, and the right image is of Reathe123's character.
Basically another double request image. The background being just shades of a different colour is inspired in part my one of the Jet Set Radio artworks for the original game, notably the one with Gum holding the iconic graffiti can.
