I can't remember if this is from Marvel or DC comic but I think I somewhere reading about the story of a hero who got trapped inside a Petri Dish for a bit long, shrunk tiny and have to fight germs in there to stay alive... Before someone came to help, even I'm not sure where was that story came from but anyway, that's the core idea of this story! Seems like this bear villain and his minion are having fun, shrinking the poor hero down into nano size and enjoy watching him fight with the germs they prepared but when the plan is not going well as they hoping for, well, that's bad but there's a plan B for this, B for butt, if the germ can't kill the hero, the bear can just did the job himself, right? LOL!!!
