It is possible for a man to become a half-dragon. Well, technically. One has to inject himself with large amounts of dragon blood to become a half-dragon, known as a Genophage.

Many dragon-worshippers become Genophages to get close to the dragon they worship, and becoming a Genophage is usually a rite of passage to becoming a high priest in dragon-worshipping cults. Alternatively, dragon blood has ben rarely smuggled by poachers and other wicked men and passed onto the black market, causing the creation of several Genophage criminals.

The Mannish kingdom of Pendekar, being dragon-worshippers by nature - as their main god is the lizard swamp god Dracu - forms entire units of Genophages, who fight in all-Genophage units, charging onto the battlefield with terrifying war-cries that resembles a mixture of a lizard hiss with the yell of a man.
