Errin is a young woman with a special interest in weapon design and engineering - specifically engineering magitech, the crux of her world's entire architecture. She's snarky, confident in her abilities, and always looking for more out of her life: more thrilling scenarios to run into, more to learn about her world, and more opportunities to help the people around her. Even in her darkest hour, she's always got a grin on her face, a quip to give, and the determination to see her goals through to the end no matter what.

Errin is the child of Jonas Azurai, chief of police in Manhattan, and Erica Mason, an independent licensed mercenary - known colloquially as a Solo - who became relatively well-known throughout the city until her untimely death when Errin was 18. With the success her mother had as a Solo inspiring her and a decent inheritence backing her up, Errin put her fixation on weapons and engineering to good use, designing her own weapons to strike out, with the goal of being more benevolent and willing to help those in need than the average merc.
Her father, who still hadn't gotten over his wife's death, wasn't entirely supportive of this lifestyle, but he still called upon her when his department needed assistance - and one such call, to assist with an investigation into a spree of murders, led to her meeting Rose Ritan, a mysterious shapeshifter who knew little of the world, and who Errin would eventually fall in love with.

And, of course, Errin isn't immune to getting into situations - quite the opposite in fact, it happens quite often in her line of work with someone as stubborn as herself. She's quite familiar with being stuck in ropes (or other restraints), both against her will and in consensual scenarios, but she's also very willing to be on the other end of the leash. Basically she's a switch with no real lean, who also gets kidnapped pretty often.


And that's Errin, my kinda-sorta-sona who also stars in the first story I'm writing for my worldbuilding project, Project Aether. Needless to say, you'll be seeing more of her soon ;3
