Cleopatra Nekomura is the Head of HR in Normis Enterprises, and one of the nicest, most pleasant people you could ever meet. This Asian-American lass had volunteered for the splicing process the company has worked on, and had become a real life anime cat-girl, even with catlike mannerisms at times.

Her kind, bubbly nature makes her likable to most of the company's workforce, and has many times be able to smile her way through any altercations that involve her boss, Jen Normis', shenanigans.
