Went a bit obscure this time around, but some might remember him all the way back from the 90's. The character is from a short called "Rat in a hot tin can". The plot of the short revolves around O'Ratz, being kicked out of the restaurant he used to live in, out into the snowy streets. He plots, without success, to stay warm through various means. It's a fin little short that you can find on YT.

In this case he'll certainly will be warm with all that extra blubber.
