Ooooh, I like how you managed to combine "cute" with "creative" in this reference. I'm somehow able to appreciate and identify with the character even though she is a combination between a snake and an otter.
You also got the anatomy pretty much down. I can definitely pick out some otter attributes, some snake attributes, and certain parts that seem like they can go either way.
I actually want to learn more about this species as a result of seeing this picture. If nothing else, that's a sure sign that you pulled this off.

I've been meaning to write up a whole profile for Shui. But I've just been too busy! I'd you'd like some more info on Snotters I could send you some when I get around to writing it up!
