Miyuki is a normal human with grey wolf ears and tail. She had split personality, whereas:-

During daytime, she will become serious person.
During night time, she will turn to a very friendly person

A sword on her right hand is a Sword of Thunder. She had an ability to summon the spirit as well as manipulating the Thunder powers.
