There are a lot of variants on Fei Robotics Gynoids, including post-facto modifications to handle various environments, do various tasks, or simply for personal preference. This here is one of the rarest. In short, there was a person who (at the time) went by Alice Walker who eventually ended up working for Fei Robotics which gradually learned about Gynoid conversion and the greater scheme of things while proving her loyalty to the company several times. Eventually this lead to a brief confrontation after closing time between Alice and the machine lifeforms she was ostensibly selling. In short, she'd asked for Conversion with an odd addendum: instead of a Gynoid she wanted to become an Android.

This lead to some commentary among the Gynoid network about doing so so early and the complications it might have for the plan (particularly some unfortunate complications early on with animal testing). There were long-term plans on making a masculine variant available after humanity had been converted if anyone wanted it. Something that her parents and family had been adamantly against. Eventually however given Alice's service record a modified template was created and after a slightly amended sequence GN-2(A)/V1/001/001C Allison finished his conversion.

Since then, Allison spent some time observed by his sisters as they monitored his activities and behaviour, including some fine tuning of their models, patches and adjustments for future evaluation. Despite some concerns, he'd proven to be quite stable if a show-off and overconfident. Despite that he remains committed to the vision of an evolved humanity even if he disagrees with some of the policies planned to bring it about and was more in favour of voluntary conversion. When things were in motion, he would talk a few people into conversion willingly and in a few instances even made some bros, most notably his pre and latter post conversion Boyfriend.
