Fernando, the father of Daisy. He's a detective with his own agency in a shady town called Beggar's Port. Though he's determined to clean the place up, it seems equally determined to stay dirty. He often confides his pessimistic thoughts to Propeller, complaining it feels like sweeping a doorstep. "A day or two later, and it's just as bad as it was before."

Still, he enjoys the job - grim as it may sometimes be - and often splits his earnings with Propeller. Though neither married nor romantically involved, the two often cohabitate together, and do their best to raise Daisy as a team. Ziv and Trup (Propeller's first cousin and dad, respectively) usually have to pick up the slack, however. Fernando is regularly out of town, and Propeller - though trying - is too scatterbrained to be fully attentive. It's not the cleanest family dynamic, but it works.
