This is the first request from my journal so long ago. 
teufelwolf wanted a picture of him and his mate 
copperthehusky holding hands/paws with their tails sort of interlacing. After much time, this popped out.
There are a lot of stray pixels in this thing, but I'll admit that I was tired when I colored it and just wanted it to be over by the time I clicked the "save" button, heh.
Good things about this picture: I've never drawn a character that wasn't a Pokemon or dragon, and they didn't turn out horribly. Even though the bricks were a huge pain, i do like the background.
Bad things about this picture: That headboard is completely at the wrong angle. Looks like it's falling over or something (but i liked the design and didn't want to redo it =b). The fire could have been done a lot better, but I'll chalk that one up to laziness. The many, many stray pixels are the main thing, but that's another laziness/tiredness thing.
Anyway, I hope Cantos and Copper like my terrible drawing skills =b Now on to the next one!

=3 Thanks man, it means a lot. I just got back from our big Arkansas tournament. I got 5th in Brawl sadly (out of 22). Chuck Nasty (used to play PT now played MK) showed up from Tulsa and wrecked me hard =b This marks the first Arkansas tournament since Brawl was released that I haven't won, so I must be slipping, heh.
if you keep your linework in raw blacks and whites, those stray pixels won't be a problem. if you're using "gimp" or "photoshop" you can go to adjust levels, and just pull certain sliders to around 128 (or wherever) and it'll fix your linework to be blacks and whites, no grays

Yeah, I tried doing that with this one, but i had a relatively small canvas and didn't notice it before i got pretty far into coloring it. I thought that I could just "finish" it and increase the canvas size and it'd fix it, but I was wrong. Oh well, better to know than to be wondering =b
