Epam is an old middle school friend of mine, and is one of the more eccentric characters in Ballerina Mafia. Most of his antics are pretty close to things he's done or said in real life - exaggerated, of course.

This picture is a vaguely anime sort of background, as that's something he's into. He wore that exact costume to Anime Boston one year.
