Well some days just bring plenty of surprises. Ember was showing Baby Lickety Split the Egg of the Phoenix and BLS somehow triggered it's effect. Suddenly every Pony is Paradise Estate has an anthroform (luckily they can shift back to normal once they figure it out).
Now, the Egg is usually a force for (mostly pleasant) chaos, but for some reason it keeps giving Ponies anthroforms over and over. Our best guess is the the Egg has some form of sentience and that it either thinks this helps somehow or it finds this funny.
Cast (L to R): Ember, Lickety Split, Megan, Twilight and Sundance.

Thanks. Megan was already exposed to the Egg while under the watchful eye of the Egg's creator. This gave her (and Forge, Ember and Sundance, and later Ursa and Firefly) the full Phoenix Suite of powers (plasma generation/absorbtion/control, flight, environmental independence, etc...) and, though not explored in art yet, an ability to shift into a pony form (for Megan, Forge turns into a lion). Also Ember, Sundance and Firefly can go full sized, though still colorful, horse as well.
Since Ember and Sundance had already been exposed so are "immune" to additional effects, Ember just happened to be showing off her anthroform to Lickety Split at that time.

Yup, when powered her codename is Flare.
I established early that clothing doesn't shift, save for Jenna's shifting, with the ponies, Forge or Megan. When going anthropony not so hard on tops but can do terrible things to the knees on jeans. Skirts preferable. Need to take of the clothes or put into Vstorage to prevent damage when going full pony.

So they either get trapped in the clothes, have to throw off the clothes no-matter-where, or burn up the clothes. That's some pro-nudist choice of transformation sequences, there.
Megan works at a ranch with a lot of wide open spaces, or she travels to a land where there's no humans anyway.
