Well, it wasn't so much a flash based on the character, as it was just a pic inside it. I believe the flash was something like Turning Japanese, which had a lot of other pics. Some quite... interesting. XD
I am still looking. I just hope I have it. >.<

Oh man, I just thought of a good follow up pic to this, where the two characters of yours poke it & it meows, causng them to be all scared & jump back/up in the air in surprise, their fur all wacky like how it sometimes does in cartoons. XD
